Patrizia Giannini
Patrizia Giannini è Avvocato, iscritta all’Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma dal 1997, ed è abilitata al patrocinio innanzi alle giurisdizioni superiori dal 2009.
È cofondatrice di Kairós LBC, Società tra Avvocati, con sedi a Roma e Milano, presso le quali esercita la propria attività professionale.
Ha maturato una consolidata esperienza nel diritto civile, svolgendo attività giudiziale, stragiudiziale e di consulenza a favore di clienti italiani e internazionali, con particolare attenzione alle controversie a dimensione transnazionale.
La sua formazione professionale comprende regolari percorsi di aggiornamento e approfondimento anche a livello internazionale presso la Columbia Law School, la Harvard Law School e la Fordham University.
È Vice Global Chair del Litigation & Dispute Resolution PG di GGI (Geneva Group International) ed è componente del Consiglio Direttivo del Centro Studi Borgogna, di EUConsult Italia, di ICALI – International Child Abduction Lawyers Italy, nonché dell’Associazione Cammino.
Svolge regolarmente attività di formazione avanzata come relatrice in master, corsi specialistici e seminari, in Italia e all’estero, ed è attivamente impegnata nel mentoring di giovani avvocati.
Accanto all’attività forense, coltiva un interesse qualificato per il Diritto Romano e per l’Archeologia classica; in tali ambiti ha frequentato il Corso di Alta Formazione in Diritto Romano e ha conseguito una Laurea Magistrale in Classical Archaeology, entrambi presso l’Università “La Sapienza” di Roma.
In Kairós LBC, apporta un contributo altamente qualificato nelle aree del diritto civile e del contenzioso.
