Silvia Giannini

Silvia Giannini has been a qualified attorney since 2009. She practiced law for over ten years at the Giannini & Partners Law Firm, specializing in civil litigation and assisting clients throughout all stages of disputes, from out-of-court proceedings to judicial litigation.

Thanks to this solid background, she strengthens the Kairós LBC team by providing legal advice and representation in mediation, assisted negotiation, and arbitration proceedings.

Having recently obtained certification as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for GDPR compliance, she also supports companies in the implementation, development, and enhancement of regulatory compliance frameworks relating to the protection of personal data.
She operates continuously in the fields of family relations, insurance liability, consumer protection, and corporate assistance in debt recovery activities, including on an international basis.

Furthermore, he/she is responsible for the “Civil Liberties, Citizenship, and Immigration” Department of Kairós LBC, where he/she follows, among other things, the judicial procedures for the recognition of Italian citizenship iure sanguinis for descendants of Italian citizens residing abroad, taking care of the entire procedural process.
